Evaluasi Kesiapan Implementasi Green ICT Di Lingkungan Sekolah Negeri Kabupaten Ponorogo

Abstract


Abstract - This article aims to mengavaluasi readiness of the implementation of Green ICT in schools Negri Ponorogo using G-Readiness Framework. The sample used in this study is 29 samples. The analytical tool used to build the model are: attitude, policy, practice model, and governance. Evaluation of the goodness of fit and bootstrapping resampling is used to analyze the feasibility of this model. Evaluation of the goodness of fit of the structural model is measured using a predictive value-relevance obtained a value of = 0.79 which means that the model has good predictive value. The final result obtained using bootstrapping resampling by calculating the relationship between variables have the value t count bigger = 2.01 in evaluating the readiness of the implementation of Green ICT in Schools Ponorogo country. Three variables showed a significant result and indicates readiness in the implementation of Green ICT, namely: practice model, policy and governance. Two variables showed no significant results and has not been prepared in implementation of green ICT, namely: attitude and technology

Abstrak – Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengavaluasi kesiapan implementasi Green ICT di sekolah Negri Kabupaten Ponorogo dengan menggunakan G-Readiness Framework. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 29 sampel. Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk membangun model adalah: attitude, policy, practise, dan governance. Evaluasi goodness of fit dan resampling bootstraping digunakan untuk menganalisis kelayakan model. Evaluasi goodness of fit model struktural diukur menggunakan nilai predictive-relevance diperoleh nilai sebesar = 0,79 yang artinya model memiliki nilai prediktif yang baik. Hasil akhir diperoleh dengan menggunakan resampling bootstraping dengan menghitung hubungan antar variabel memiliki nilai t-hitung yang lebih besar = 2.01 dalam mengevaluasi kesiapan implementasi Green ICT di Sekolah negri Kabupaten Ponorogo. Tiga variabel menunjukan hasil signifikan dan mengindikasikan kesiapan dalam implementasi Green ICT, yaitu: practise, policy dan governance. Dua variabel yang menunjukkan hasil yang tidak signifikan dan belum siap dalam implementasi green ICT, yaitu: attitude dan technology
